Trade Sourcing & Procurement
Find the right trades. Ask the right questions.
Finding a tradesperson online is easy.
Knowing whether they're appropriate for your particular scope of work is much harder.
SOURCE is designed for homeowners who don't have the time, technical knowledge or confidence to spend hours contacting trades, chasing quotes and researching licences, qualifications and previous work.
We undertake much of that legwork and present the information to you so you can make the final decision.
TRADE SOURCING & DUE DILIGENCE
$280 incl. GST + customised sourcing brief, cost for sourcing brief is client specific.

JEIR does not enter into trade contracts on your behalf, appoint trades for you or manage trades during construction.
You make the final engagement decision.
