J & E Interior Renovations was created from years of firsthand renovation, interior design and trade experience - and one recurring observation.
Homeowners don't necessarily need someone to take over their renovation. They need access to the right knowledge before making expensive decisions.
We repeatedly saw homeowners become overwhelmed trying to determine what should happen first, how much they should spend, which trades they needed, who they could trust and how to bring dozens of individual selections together into one cohesive renovation.
What started with excitement would quickly become uncertainty, delays, unnecessary costs and rework.
We knew there was a better way to support homeowners.

Jodie combines more than 15 years of residential renovation experience with expertise in interior design, colour, materials and strategic renovation planning.
Her strength lies in seeing both sides of a renovation - how the finished space should feel and function, and the practical decisions required to get there.
From developing renovation roadmaps and budget planning tools to creating cohesive colour palettes and sourcing materials, Jodie helps homeowners turn a collection of Pinterest ideas into a clearer direction.
Her approach is practical, considered and highly organised, with a focus on reducing decision fatigue and helping clients understand not only what they want to achieve, but the decisions required to achieve it.

Eugene Waghorn
Director / Technical Trades & Procurement
Eugene brings more than 25 years of hands-on trade and renovation experience, with extensive practical knowledge across residential and commercial construction and multiple trade environments.
His experience provides homeowners with something that's difficult to gain through online research alone - an understanding of how trades actually operate within a renovation.
Specialising in trade procurement, due diligence and renovation sequencing, Eugene helps homeowners understand which trades may be required, what questions should be asked, what qualifications or licences may be relevant and how different stages of work interact.
His focus is simple: help homeowners become better informed before engaging trades before costly work begins.
