SOURCE is designed for homeowners who don't have the time, technical knowledge or confidence to spend hours contacting trades, chasing quotes and researching licences, qualifications and previous work.
We undertake much of that legwork and present the information to you so you can make the final decision.

• Identification of appropriate trade categories
• Trade sourcing
• Quote co-ordination
• Licence and qualification checks where applicable
• Review of available workmanship information
• Quote, cost and timeframe comparison
• Due diligence summary
• Suitable trade options presented for homeowner consideration.
IMPORTANT
JEIR does not enter into trade contracts on your behalf, appoint trades for you or manage trades during construction.
You make the final engagement decision.
Our role is to provide the research and information that helps you make that decision with greater confidence.
